4. Payments and Billing

A partial upfront payment is required before project commencement unless otherwise agreed.
The remaining balance must be paid upon project completion and delivery.
We accept payments through bank transfer, cash, or other approved payment methods.
Late payments may result in delays, suspension of services, or additional fees.
All third-party expenses (e.g., hosting fees, domain registrations, paid software licenses) will be billed separately and must be paid by the client.

5. Project Timelines

Delivery timelines will be outlined in the project agreement.
Any delays caused by incomplete client input, late payments, or scope changes are not the responsibility of ZS Digital Solutions.
Urgent project requests may incur additional fees.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client will receive ownership rights to the final deliverables, excluding any third-party tools or licenses.
ZS Digital Solutions retains the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.
Clients must not resell, distribute, or modify our work without prior written consent.

7. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and business data.

All client information, files, and communications will be kept strictly confidential.
Exceptions apply only when disclosure is required by law or government regulations.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, which can be found on our website or provided upon request.

No refunds are given for completed services, digital products, or third-party expenses.
Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion for projects that are canceled before completion.

9. Limitation of Liability

ZS Digital Solutions is not responsible for any losses, damages, or liabilities arising from:

Security breaches caused by client actions or third parties

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project or service.

10. Revisions and Support

Each project includes a specific number of revisions, as outlined in the service agreement.
Additional revisions or maintenance work will be billed separately.
Post-delivery technical support is available under a maintenance agreement or at an hourly rate.

11. Third-Party Services

We may integrate or use third-party tools, APIs, or platforms as part of a project.
ZS Digital Solutions is not responsible for the performance, reliability, or updates of these third-party services.
Clients must comply with the terms of those third-party providers.

12. Termination of Services

ZS Digital Solutions reserves the right to terminate services if:

A client violates these Terms
Payments are overdue beyond agreed timelines
A project involves illegal, unethical, or harmful content

Upon termination, all unpaid balances remain due immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, in the courts of Hyderabad, Sindh, Pakistan.

14. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms at any time.
The updated version will be posted on our website with the new effective date. Continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
